ParishNetwork Terms of Service
All ParishNetwork members agree to abide by the following Terms of Service policy:
1. By becoming a member of ParishNetwork, you agree to not:
* commit any illegal activity, or encourage or entice others to commit any illegal activity;
* use the site in any way that could damage or overburden the site, or disrupt its normal operations;
* upload, post or otherwise transmit any viruses or disruptive or destructive files or code;
* upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that ParishNetwork deems to be harmful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable;
* upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that ParishNetwork deems to be pornographic, sexually graphic, or that promotes or links to any pornographic or sexually graphic material;
* upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is hateful or promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation;
* upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that violates a copyright or any other intellectual property right;
* upload, post or otherwise transmit any advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation, except where specifically permitted;
* upload, post or otherwise make publicly available any private information of any third party, including addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers, without that party's permission;
* upload, post or otherwise transmit photographs or videos depicting any children under age 13 without written permission from each child's parent or guardian;
* use automated scripts to interact with the site;
* impersonate any person or entity, provide a false age, or otherwise misrepresent yourself;
2. When you access any ParishNetwork page, service or feature, you represent and warrant:
* you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, post or otherwise transmit to the site;
* the content you upload, post or otherwise transmit to the site will not cause injury to any person or damage or disrupt the normal operations of any entity;
3. You acknowledge that ParishNetwork has the sole authority to determine whether a user has violated this Terms of Service policy.
4. Failure to act in accordance with this policy will result in your ParishNetwork account being permanently disabled. It may also result in your account being permanently disabled at any site that has verified your identity through Truyoo.
